Text Messaging Program

Neuron's Second Line feature lets you send and receive SMS and MMS text messages through a dedicated business number. By texting a Neuron number, or by providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive conversational text messages related to your interaction.

• Message frequency: Varies. Messages are conversational and sent in response to your activity, not on a fixed schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
• Help: Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or email info@neuronmessaging.com.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, opt-in, or consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers (such as our messaging carrier) solely to deliver the service, and they are bound to protect it.
