Description of Service
Neuron is a messaging application with integrated AI assistance that provides:
- Private Mode: One-on-one AI conversations about specific chats
- Shared Mode: AI assistance available to all conversation participants
- Messaging: Direct and group conversations with other users
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Responsibilities
- One account per phone number
- Do not share your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Neuron to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Scrape, copy, or extract data from the service
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization
AI Assistant Usage
Our AI assistant ("Neuron AI") is provided as-is:
- AI responses may not always be accurate or complete
- Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or financial advice
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses
- AI learns from conversations to improve service quality
- You retain ownership of your messages and content

- The service, software, and design are protected by copyright
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service
Beta Testing
Neuron is currently in Beta testing:
- The service may contain bugs or incomplete features
- Features may change or be removed without notice
- Service availability is not guaranteed
- Beta testing may end at any time
- Your feedback helps improve the service

- Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from AI responses or advice
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Neuron at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended period of inactivity
- Any reason at our discretion
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
