How billing works
Plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time, from inside the app or from the billing portal. There is no annual commitment unless you choose the yearly price, and no charge per seat.
Buying on the iPhone bills through the App Store and buying on the web bills through Stripe, and the app will not sell you a plan you already hold somewhere else.

What happens to my messages if I cancel?
Cancelling a plan is not the same as closing your account, so your conversations stay where they are and your account carries on. Messages are kept until you delete them or delete the account, and closing the account removes your data within thirty days.
Where is Neuron available?
Numbers and business texting are available in the United States and Canada. Neuron does not send international text messages.
