Sign up on the web or in the iPhone app with the mobile number you already have. We text you a code to sign in, and that is the only text we send you.
Claim a local number
Neuron gives your business a local number of its own. Your personal number stays personal, and your customers get a number that is only ever about work.
Tell your agent what you do
Give it your website, or tell it in a sentence. It answers customer texts in your tone and takes calls while you are working, from what it knows about your prices and your hours.
The whole thing takes about a minute, and the line is answering by the end of it.
A real number, with an agent behind it
A free number is useful on its own, and it is worth a great deal more when someone picks up on it. When you cannot get to the phone, your agent can. It greets callers with your business name, gets the details, and sends you a summary the moment the call ends. A new customer who texts gets a reply in seconds and a quote from what you have taught it, and when they are ready to book, the job comes to you.

When you want more than the free plan
Neuron Pro is $9.99 a month, or $6.99 a month billed yearly. It makes texting unlimited, adds calls from the app, lets you choose your number rather than take the one you are given, and writes your voicemail out so you can read it. Neuron Premium is $29.99 a month, or $239.99 a year, and makes your agent unlimited on calls, on texts and in a chat on your website.
Both are month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like.

Does my customer need to download anything?
No. Your business number sends and receives ordinary text messages and ordinary phone calls, so anyone with a phone can reach you. Nobody has to install an app to talk to your business.
Which devices does Neuron run on?
There is an iPhone app, a Mac app, and a full web app that runs in any browser, including on Android. Signing up on the web gets you the same number and the same agent as signing up on the iPhone.
Where is Neuron available?
Numbers and business texting are available in the United States and Canada. Neuron does not send international text messages.
