A business phone number for cleaners

Neuron answers every call that you can't and turns leads to sales.

Neuron gives your cleaning business its own local number, and an agent that picks up on it. A new customer who asks about a move-out clean gets your price in seconds, the caller who rings while you are mid-job gets a real answer, and both land in your hands as work that is ready to book.

When a new customer texts

Your text agent

Hi, do you do move-out cleans? 2 bed 1 bath at 1450 Alcatraz.
We do! A 2 bed, 1 bath move-out clean is $180 and takes about three hours.
Perfect. Could you do Tuesday morning?
I'll pass that to Maya now, and she'll text you to lock in the time.

Sent by your agent

It answers with the prices you gave it, by the size of the home and the kind of clean, and passes the customer to you when they want a day.

When the phone rings and your hands are full

Your voice agent

Answered in your business name

Your agent

Thanks for calling Sparkle and Shine. How can I help?

Caller

Hey, my name is Justin. I live at 112 Main Street in Walnut Creek, and I'd like to get a deep cleaning.

Your agent

And what kind of timeline are you hoping for?

Caller

Anytime next week.

It gets the name, the address and the job, and texts you the whole thing the moment the call ends.

What it takes off your plate

Quotes by bedrooms and bathrooms

Tell your agent what a standard clean, a deep clean and a move-out clean cost, and it quotes them the way you would, including the extras you charge for.

The questions you answer every week

Whether you bring your own supplies, whether you are insured, which neighbourhoods you cover and how long a clean takes are answered from what you taught it.

Gate codes and entry notes, found again

The lockbox code a client sent in March is one search away when you are standing at the door, because everything anyone has sent you is in one place.

What comes with the number

  • Your own local number, free, and it is yours rather than shared
  • An agent that answers texts in your tone and takes calls while you are working
  • Caller ID for texts and calls, so an unknown number arrives with a name
  • Voicemail written out in the thread, under your own greeting in your own voice
  • Every language, both ways: a customer texts in Spanish, you read it in English, and your reply arrives in Spanish
  • Search across everything anyone has ever sent you

Every plan comes with a number and an agent, and the free plan has no card to enter. The plans are side by side on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Can the agent quote my cleaning prices?

Yes. Give it your website or tell it your prices, and it quotes what you quote. Anything it should not answer on its own, it hands to you.

Can my clients text me in Spanish?

Yes. A client texts in Spanish, you read it in English and reply in English, and they get Spanish. It works the other way round too.

Do I have to give up my personal number?

No. Neuron gives you a second number that lives in its own app, so your personal number stays personal. Your customers reach the business line and your family reaches you.

Does my customer need to download anything?

No. Your business number sends and receives ordinary text messages and ordinary phone calls, so anyone with a phone can reach you.

What does it cost?

Neuron is free to start, with a real number and 50 texts. Neuron Pro is $9.99 a month, or $6.99 a month billed yearly, for unlimited texting and a number you choose. Neuron Premium is $29.99 a month, or $239.99 a year, and makes your agent unlimited on calls, on texts and in a chat on your website.
